Climate action
Solid Energy reduces the climate burden on society through the development, installation and maintenance of wind turbines and heat pumps. At the same time, we continuously monitor and reduce our own climate burden by thinking about reductions in administrative processes and production, as well as by continuously reducing energy consumption for buildings and transport. We handle waste for recycling, and employees are aware of and trained in sustainable practices. Our monitoring system is data- and fact-based, and targets and actions are framed in fixed intervals.

Employee relations
Our employees have the right to a healthy and safe workplace in relation to physical as well as mental work environment. Employees are represented in management, and have direct access to influence decisions on occupational safety. All occupational health and safety legislation is carefully observed and management supports social initiatives that promote human relationships in the workplace. The vast majority of employees have chosen to organize themselves into trade unions, and the company actively cooperates with professional organizations.
