The agreements are designed to ensure that your wind turbine performs optimally throughout its lifetime. A service & maintenance agreement is signed for for 10 years, with the possibility of extension up to 15-20 years.

Scheduled, Efficient and Documented Service inspections

we conduct scheduled safety, service and maintenance inspections that comply with both regulatory requirements and our service manuals. This ensures optimum reliability and a well-documented maintenance of your Small Wind Turbine.

Support & Monitoring — always available

From our Support & Monitoring Centre in Skjern, we monitor more than 1000 installed Small Wind Turbines world wide. With over 50 years of experience, we ensure your Small Wind Turbine from Solid Wind Power is operating with maximum availability.

In case of electrical or mechanical errors, we automatically receive notification via SolidSCADA and can often solve problems remotely (remote support) using SolidSCADA.

A service & maintenance agreement is signed for typically for 10 years typically, with the possibility of extension up to 15-20 years.

The Support & SolidSCADA system from Solid Wind Power ensures high operational availability and fast fault remediation with a focus on optimizing our customers' business.

The Small Turbines from Solid Wind Power are designed to run automatically in all wind conditions. SolidSCADA is an easy-to-use application developed for both the owners of Small Wind Turbine from Solid Wind Power and service companies in addition to supporting the automatic operation functions of Small Wind Turbines from Solid Wind Power. The system provides an opportunity to monitor the operation of the mill and remotely control it, which optimizes availability and ensures quick debugging of errors and alarms.

SolidSCADA is designed with the user in mind. It is an intuitive application that is easy to use and accessible from any device—PC/Mac, tablet or smartphone.

SolidSCADA provides live operational - and historical data

As a owner of a Small Wind Turbine from Solid Wind Power, you get full insight into your wind turbine performance through an easy-to-use dashboard. Here you can follow:

  • Current wind speed measured by the weather station on your Small Wind Turbine
  • Current power generation (in kW) Operating status of the mill

  • Wind direction, weather conditions and temperature at the location of the mill

Historical data and energy production

With SolidSCADA, you can also access historical production data by:

  • Average electricity production

Weather forecast via SolidSCADA

In addition to the mill's own weather station, SolidSCADA is associated with a professional weather service. It allows the user to view  a 5-day weather forecast, including:

  • Wind speed, Weather conditions
  • Temperature, Precipitation Types

Support & Monitoring

Automatic alarm notification and corresponding support

  • The operating status of the mill is displayed in SolidSCADA.
  • In the event of errors — either on the mill or external factors — a notification is automatically sent to our support team.
  • The vast majority of faults can be resolved remotely (remote support), so that operation quickly resumes.
  • If remote support is not sufficient, we arrange service calls to the mill (Service & Maintain).
