Solid Energy's heat pumps are designed and manufactured in Denmark. The solutions are tailored to each application, and we have extensive experience in developing solutions for district heating systems of all sizes. Our pumps are hyper-flexible in terms of flow temperatures, scaling and installation. And so they are among the quietest on the market.

Designed for flexible installation and district heating with low complexity. With brine coolers for simple and straight forward installation and the possibility of installing local plumbing, AWB provides maximum freedom in project design and plant operation.
AWD — Air/Water Direct
Designed for optimum efficiency and efficient district heating. Direct evaporation of refrigerant ensures high efficiency and low energy loss — perfect for modern district heating projects.
LWB — water/water
Designed for all temperature levels and easy integration. A versatile solution for both water and brine, adapted to the project and installed by your local professionals.
LWC — combi

Geothermal breakthrough in Aarhus: District heat now flows from the earth's interior
In Aarhus, one of Europe's most visionary district heating projects is now in operation. For the first time, geothermal heat from a depth of 2,500 metres flows directly into the radiators of thousands of Aarhus homes — and this is done with the help of heat pumps from Solid Energy.
