3. What is the situation
   

• What has happened?
  (shutdown, alarm, reduced capacity, leakage, abnormal noise)
• When did the issue occur?
• Is the unit still running, or has it stopped?

4. Alarms and control

• Active alarm text or fault code
• SCADA / PLC-system (if known)
• Remote access available (yes / no)

• Any risk of personal injury
• Leakage or refrigerant or other media?
• Is the installation located in an ATEX area?
